ABOUT US
We're building the infrastructure that neurodivergent mental health has never had.
KindPath Health exists because too many people fall through the cracks — not because they aren't trying, but because the system was never built for the way they're wired.

OUR PURPOSE
The mental health system wasn't built for brains like ours.
Neurodivergent people — autistic individuals, people with ADHD, AuDHD, mood dysregulation, sensory processing differences, and more — are among the most underserved populations in behavioral health. Not because they don't seek help, but because the tools, frameworks, and systems they encounter were designed without them.
The frameworks assume a neurotypical baseline. The intake processes are exhausting. The apps offer meditation when what's needed is regulation. The therapists are on four-month waitlists. And even when someone does get through the door, what happens between appointments is invisible.
We're changing that.
KindPath builds technology that starts with neurodivergent experience as the design brief — not an afterthought. Real-time support, individual baselines, low-demand check-ins, and tools that work with different nervous systems rather than against them
OUR MISSION
A world where people who are wired differently have mental health support that actually fits.
Where technology strengthens human connection instead of replacing it.
Where early intervention prevents crisis. Where wellness is accessible — not just to those who fit the mold.
Introducing Kay AI
Kay is a daily mental health companion built specifically for neurodivergent individuals — with or without a therapist.
Kay checks in with you every day. It learns your baseline — your normal, not someone else's. When something is shifting, it notices early and responds with evidence-based tools matched to what you're actually experiencing. For those working with a therapist, Kay generates structured summaries that help your provider start sessions informed instead of catching up.
For the millions of people navigating neurodivergent mental health outside the clinical system, Kay is a place to land every single day.
Visible. Personalized. Accessible.
Daily check-ins you'll actually use. Insights in plain language. Evidence-based tools drawn from CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic practices. This is the support layer neurodivergent mental health has been missing.

We democratize wellness by making meaningful mental health support accessible to everyone.
OUR VISION
We build technology that strengthens the connection between patients and providers. Empowers people to understand themselves. Brings high-quality care within reach.
Makes prevention the default, not the exception

The people and systems we're here for.
Kay AI was designed first and foremost for neurodivergent individuals who need support — the millions of people navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, mood dysregulation, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation without consistent access to care that actually gets them.
We also partner with the organizations that serve them:
From Personal Experience to Systemic Change
KindPath was born from two things that don't always find each other: lived experience and clinical expertise. Together, they're the foundation everything we build is grounded in.
Melody Mejeh, Co-Founder & CEO, is neurodivergent and lives with bipolar disorder. Despite years of experience across digital health, strategy, and systems design, when she needed support most, she found herself invisible to the very system she understood so well. It couldn't provide care when she needed it. That experience didn't just motivate KindPath — it shaped every decision about how Kay shows up for people.
Lauren Brand, PsyD, Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Officer, is a licensed clinical psychologist with deep expertise in clinical care, mental health technology, and evidence-based treatment. Dr. Brand brings the clinical rigor that ensures Kay isn't just warm and accessible — it's grounded in what actually works.
Together, they built KindPath around a simple but radical belief: that the millions of people falling through the cracks aren't failing the system. The system is failing them.
Consumer wellness apps aren't the answer. Meditation apps aren't the answer. When a neurodivergent nervous system is in crisis, the last thing a person can do is pick up the phone and schedule an appointment.
We need something different — a platform that's prevention-focused, easy to use, clinically grounded, and meets people wherever they are. Technology that extends the reach of compassionate care instead of trying to replace it.
This isn't an iteration on what exists. It's a paradigm shift in how mental health support works.
HOW WE WORK
Our Values
KindPath Health is guided by core principles that shape how we deliver mental health support through technology and human connection.
Equity
Support should be simple, intuitive, and accessible to everyone, with affordability and cultural relevance as essential requirements.
Neurodivergent people deserve tools built for them, not retrofitted after the fact.
Compassion
We prioritize empathy and respect, honoring the experiences of both the people we serve and the clinicians who support them.
Connection
Technology is used to enhance human relationships, ensuring healing occurs through meaningful interaction rather than replacement.
Integrity
Transparency, responsibility, and trustworthiness guide every decision, system, and interaction within our organization.
Mental health care shouldn't wait for breakdown.
Whether you're a neurodivergent individual looking for daily support, a clinic focused on what happens between sessions, a health system focused on outcomes, or a partner who shares our vision — we'd love to talk.
